"White Nights" is a story about alienation in modern society. It's a theme that has been discussed time and again, hence the director made some stylized and genre-specific attempts on top of it.

《白夜》是个关于人在现代社会中被异化的故事。这是个老生常谈的母题，因此导演在此之上做了一些风格化、类型化的尝试。

The design of split personalities in the film draws inspiration from Ingmar Bergman's "Persona," blending psychoanalytic content from films like Zulawski's "Possession." The stubbornness of individuals towards themselves and their past, and their indifference to others, can also be elevated to a macro perspective. Another war has broken out recently, with the tyranny of history over life as its spark.

本片人格分裂的设计灵感来源于英格玛·伯格曼的《假面》，融合了祖拉斯基《着魔》等片中精神分析的内容。人对于自我和往事的执拗与对他人的冷漠同样可以上升到宏观视角。最近又一场战争爆发，其背后的导火索正是历史对生命的暴政。

This filming was the first foray into this domain for the director and the crew members, and there were some deficiencies in the production process. But it was the teamwork of everyone that allowed "White Nights" to be presented to the world.

这一次的拍摄是导演以及剧组成员们第一次涉足此类领域，在制作过程中有一些不足。但也是所有人的团队协作才让《白夜》得以问世。
